Abstract/Contents: | A light-hearted look at the author's trip to Augusta, Georgia to view the Masters Golf Tournament and the course it was being played at, Augusta National. Rolling speed on the greens was about 14. Tees, fairways, and bunkers had been stimped at 6, 5, and 6. The highlight of the author's trip was being able to walk on the Par 3 course. The author believed Augusta National to be "the holiest of shrines" in golf and thought that the course was maintained to perfection. |
