Abstract/Contents: | Details the importance of cooperation in the better upkeep and economical maintenance of golf courses. Cooperation between the United States Golf Association (USGA) and the Department of Agriculture made possible the Arlington Turf Garden and helped in solving turf problems. Other forms of cooperation are essential, such as between the USGA and universities and the USGA and golf courses and their superintendents. |
