| Abstract/Contents: | "On a five acre tract of land owned by the city of Huntsville, Texas, a windrow composting project was conducted to study the effects of two types of biosolids, four bulking agents and two mixing ratios." Discusses the results of the study. Windrows were monitored for temperature, oxygen and moisture. "At the conclusion of composting, all finished materials were tested for pathogens, heavy metals and horticultural parameters." |
