Abstract/Contents: | The author quotes from "The Fertilizer Review", published in January, 1929, which states that all "complete" fertilizers will now have their amminia replaced with nitrogen. Thus the designation 2-12-6, which formerly would have meant a 2 per cent of ammonia, is now 2 per cent of nitrogen. A 6-8-6 mixture contains 6 per cent nitrogen. |
