Abstract/Contents: | Suggests methods of maintaining golf roughs so that they are kept to a moderate degree of height and thickness, enabling a player to find their ball. Removal of some of the topsoil will diminish the amounts of weeds and underbrush often found in the rough, and Sheep's fescue and Canada bluegrass are the recommended grasses, being well suited to drier conditions. |
