Abstract/Contents: | Describes the history of the movement to build the new research facility in Chicago, as well as describing its layout and intended purposes. One of its two sections will be devoted to demonstrations of various turfgrasses, so that players and greenkeepers can compare turfgrasses and learn valuable information through contact. The second section is to be entirely devoted to research. The emphasis of both sections would appear to be the development of superior putting greens. |
