Abstract/Contents: | An overview of turf research being conducted in Canada. Experiments were primarily conducted with Agrostis, being planted in experimental plots using both seeds and stolons, the latter proving to be the more effective of the two. In addition, work being done to obtain seeds of a greater purity is briefly outlined. The author stresses the importance of the close correspondence between the USGA Green section and the Royal Canadian Golf Association. |
