Abstract/Contents: | Describes the roles of the superintendent and the greens committee chairman in relation to the hiring, trianing, education and firing of employees. Gives some advice on how to deal with employees more effectively, and proposes the need for a GCSAA sponsored educational program that would help superintendents and greens committee chairman to more efficiently and intelligently handle personnel issues. |
