Abstract/Contents:Preliminary results of research on porous rubber pipe in a buried application performed by the Center for Irrigation Technology. Pipe materials consist of recycled tire rubber and virgin polyethylene which operates with a soaker like action. Continued research is in the works on the potential of this new product for field use.
