Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the passage of an act on May 23, 1930 that allows for plant patents. The plant must be invented, discovered or asexually reproduced and it cannot be a plant already discovered in another country. Predicts the passing of the act will stimulate a greater interest in the reproduction of newer and finer varieties of plants. |
