Abstract/Contents:Correct and proper use of a host of chemicals now available to the modern greenkeeper can significantly reduce the need for manual upkeep. However, if used mistakenly or incorrectly, they can add tremendous costs. An overview of many of the boons of chemical control methods is given. An even briefer mention of soil sterilization and insecticides concludes the article.
