Abstract/Contents:Describes the fungus, Gloeocercospora sorghi, which causes copper spot on turf grass. Discusses the difference between copper spot and dollar spot in the area of color (copper spot is more red) and methodology (copper spot leaves some green leaves in the affected area, while dollar spot leaves none). Control of the fungus is discussed with the conclusion that 3 ounces of Fungicide #531 to every 1,000 square feet might be able to control it.
