Abstract/Contents: | Clear explanations of tasks, responsibilities, potential dangers and goals are vital to the average golf course maintenance laborer. A regular meeting among all of the workers and golf course superintendent can be a low cost yet effective way of exchanging information. Placing necessary equipment close to where it is to be used reduces unnecessary travel time on larger courses. An aside about the extra time needed to upkeep the area surrounding a maple tree emphasizes the need for proper placement of trees. |
