Abstract/Contents: | Describes the process of renovating golf fairways damages by sinkholes left from the removal of tree stumps when the course was first constructed in 1906. It was decided to resod the entire fairway rather than try to repair it one sinkhole at a time. A general description of the preparations done to the surface, as well as the amounts and areas of sodding accomplished follows. |
