Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the possible effects of arsenate of lead on the soil of vegetable gardens. Arsenate of lead is used to prevent Japanese beetle grubs. Arsenate of lead was found to be detrimental to the growth of beans and related crops. Its use is not recommended in those areas. |
