Abstract/Contents: | Even if golf courses possessed an unlimited supply of money it would be no guarantee that renovations would be feasible without the most careful of planning. Every detail of the desired project must have been carefully thought out in order to spare untold increases in expenses. The recent revisions in tax laws make it easier for clubs to raise the money to undertake renovations, but the planning still falls upon the superintendent and green committee. |
