| Abstract/Contents: | The Southern California Golf Association in association with a cost analysis committee made a survey of maintenance costs for twenty-five clubs. It was discovered that 72.3% of the total golf course maintenance budget was devoted to salaries, wages and payroll costs. In addition, it would appear that such labor costs are only rising. A pilot study is announced headed by Mr. Allan Brown to study maintenance costs and accounting practices in more detail. |
