Abstract/Contents: | "The greatest changes in the turfgrass industry will occur in the organizational and business practices of any organization whose operations has the potential of causing substantial environmental damage. The turfgrass management industry must completely computerize its office functions--from application records of site weather conditions to site diagnosis, from probabilities to precise pesticide inventory records. It must also automate application justification thresholds, have controlled paper trails on disposal of toxic wastes, and keep records on current and ongoing training qualifications of all handling and application personnel." |
