| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses Michigan State University's two-year LCAT (Lawn Care/ Athletic Turf Management) program. The program is a more general approach to turfgrass as opposed to MSU's Golf Turf Management Program. Currently there are 22 students enrolled in the program. By 1999 the estimated number is 40 students. Also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of four-year universities, community colleges and immediate employment. |
