Abstract/Contents: | "Beginning this year, Golf Digest now offers rankings of America's Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play, broken into two lists: The Top 75 Affordable Courses and Top 75 Upscale Courses. We define an affordable course as any with a green fee of $50 or less, and an upscale course as any with a green fee greater than $50. Our rankings are based upon evaluations submitted by a national panel of nearly 800 golfers who judge each course on the basis of six criteria: Shot Values, Design Balance, Playability, Esthetics, Memorability and Conditioning." |
