| Abstract/Contents: | Relates the results from a study done at the Purdue Agronomy Research Center which was undergone "to evaluate the use of Primo for the lawn care industry. Primo alone and in combination with 0.5 and 1.0 lb N/1000 sq. ft. was evaluated...Phytotoxicity, color and oven-dried clipping weights were recorded weekly." Discusses the problems which can arise from using a growth regulator such as Primo, among them, phytotoxicity and dollar spot. Details the soil properties and management practices which formed the conditions for growth at the experiment site. |
