Abstract/Contents:Growing sod on plastic film and the increasing use of wildflowers in landscaping led to a research project that compared five compost sources and a commercial product as a growing medium for the production of wildflower sod on plastic. Two tests were run, the first to test sod strength and the second testing for testile strength enhancement. Results are given.
