Abstract/Contents: | "It was the purpose of this research to evaluate the efficacy of new insecticides and formulations of presently used products, as well as to determine the lowest effective rate of several chemicals which had shown efficacy in previous tests by Reinert...A number of insecticides were quite effective against both chinch bugs and sod webworms in evaluations made in 1975, however heavy reinfestation pressure from surrounding untreated areas emphasized a need for retreatment whthin 2-3 weeks." |
