Abstract/Contents: | Descirbes how Oregon golf Association built its own 18-hole course in a partnership with a Tukwila land developer. The Tukwila Partner offered to donate 170 of 300 acres it owned for golf course construction, while it developed 600 homesites around the perimeter. "It was a perfect marriage...It made it possible for us to move ahead, and it gave the Tukwila Parners the golf course they wanted as a part of their development." Details the problem-solving process during golf course construction. |
