Abstract/Contents:An evaluation of the effectiveness of the fungicides for Brown Patch control over a 6 weeks period with various applications. "No phyto was observed with any treatment. All treatments were significantly better than the control. Dac 2787 + Rubigan were applied at equivalent rates to the Broadway premix. This treatment was excellent during the entire infection period with only 4 % infected area. Fluaziman and sentinel gave equal control second to the Breadway mix. Prostar, Daconil 2787, Banner and Eagle were equal in control with 1/3 or the plots showing some infection. This was an outstanding brown patch year and weather conditions were very favorable. The inoculums were infecting nearly 100% of the treated areas within all control plots."
