| Abstract/Contents: | "The following are brief descriptions of the procedures and results of white grub insecticide trials that I have conducted over the past two years (1992 and 1993) at the University of Missouri's South Farm (Columbia) and Horticultural Research Center (New Franklin) facilities. The main objective of these trials was the evaluation of insecticides for the preventative and curative control of May/June Beetle (Phyllophaga spp.) and/or the Southern Masked Chafer (Cyclocephala immaculata). A major component of these trials was the evaluation Merit, a new broad-spectrum insecticide produced by Miles Inc." |
