Abstract/Contents:Discusses special efforts at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club which make them a part of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program. These include wildlife and habitat management, water conservation, and integrated pest management. Describes the involvement of the general public as well as members in promoting the positive aspects of Tampa Palms as well as maintaining the course. Discusses the construction of Hamptons Golf Course on a landfill. Special consideration had to be taken to control methane gas levels. Gives site factors and financing information for Hamptons Golf Course as well. Also details the requirements for participation in the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program.
