Abstract/Contents: | These are two letters to the editor concerning different golf courses, and golf associations that are requiring golfers to use spikeless shoes. Both letters are opposed to the use of spikeless shoes on golf courses, saying that it is more dangerous without the spikes, causing golfers to fall. The National Director of the USGA Green Section responds concerning impacts on playing quality and course maintenance. |
