Abstract/Contents:Discusses the role of the golf course superintendent and the recent accusations against various superintendents concerning pesticide use. The GCSAA has been trying to improve public relations, so that the public does not get the wrong impression of golf course superintendents, who are "more careful with chemicals...for the simple reason we've got to live with that stuff every day."
