Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the construction of the Country Club of Purchase, Harrison, New York. After three lawsuits, the golf course was finally constucted around 73.4 acres of wetlands. Due to its sensitive position in the middle of these wetlands, many special precautions have been taken: new wetlands have been made near the course, and "Environmentally Sensitive Area" signs were put up around certain areas to avoid human traffic. |
