| Abstract/Contents: | Describes the recycling plan of Logan, Utah, explaining that the program began as a pilot program in 1990 and has since evolved to include a three acre asphalt pad for windrows. Explains that the city collects 6,300 tons per year of woody material, leaves and grass clippings. Continues on to give the bulk rates per cubic yard of finished compost and wood and chip prices per cubic yard. |
