Abstract/Contents: | Discusses golf course owner Wayne Eakin's attempt to sell his golf course using a method he learned from a segment of a talk show in which an inn owner sold the property by asking prospective buyers to submit a small fee that accompanied an essay on why they wanted to own an inn. Explains that Eakin was unsuccessful at a similar attempt due to a general lack of interest among people and is consequently still in the process of attempting to sell the course. |
