Abstract/Contents: | Discusses ways to improve the appearances of bid packages. "Even if your figures are right on the mark and you turn the bid in on time, if it doesn't look presentable and professional, the prospective client will move on to the next bid that catches his or her eyes...The presentation bid is the only tool you have to build that confidence during the bidding process...When pictures are used they should be of professional quality and show employees hard at work, without them being the focus of the shot." The bid package should not be very hard to sell but instead, it should be non-aggressive. "Provides details about tree trimming, spraying, overseeding, salting, aerating, aquatic care and mulching." |
