Abstract/Contents: | In response to an article written in the July/August 1994 issue on bidding, Mr. Sanker points out that human error in calculations mislead readers, quoting an estimate under $1,000 of what it actually was. "This merely points out that the finest system in the world is prone to human error; therefore, double and triple checking should be done on all estimates." |
