Explains how the Corps maintains dams, lakes and major physical facilities of these parks and reservoirs, but also contracts the year-round grass-cutting and other general maintenance duties. Explains the details necessary to understand in order to put in a bid to get the contract with the Corps, and what the contracts themselves entail. Steps necessary in order to be sure the contract is complete are also included. |
