| Abstract/Contents: | Dr. Duble gives an overview of the disease Dollar Spot, and what the symptoms and disease development stages include. He also gives suggestions on how to treat the disease, and steps that should be included, such as: (1) Remove excess thatch; (2) Keep fertility levels adequate; (3) Avoid light, frequent watering; (4) Mow frequently at recommended heights; and (5) Aerate compacted soils. Dr. Duble also gives the symptoms, disease cycle, and control for the Helminthosporium Diseases, such as Bipolaris Leaf Spots. |
