Abstract/Contents: | Briefly profiles Poa annua as a cultivated turf species. Though Poa annua has been considered a weed in the past, development of new and improved cultivars may lead to its acceptance as a turfgrass. Current developments in Poa annua breeding and related future research topics are outlined. |
