| Abstract/Contents: | This study was conducted on a buffalograss lawn in Lincoln, NE. By 5 DAT Dursban Turf, 43178F/17 at 0.25 kg (AI)/hectare and WRC928-12356 at 0.07 kg (AI)/hectare had provided statistically significant reductions in chinch bug numbers when compared to the untreated check. After 14 days, Exhibit #25 at both the 1.0 and 0.5 billion/hectare rates and WRC928-12356 at 0.023 kg (AI)/hectare had also provided significant chinch bug control. The chart included provides the rate, average number of chinch bugs, and percent control for nine different treatments. |
