Abstract/Contents: | Relative to Lolium perenne Grasslands Ruanui, most introduced cvs. were equally resistant or more so to field infections of Puccinia coronata and P. graminis, and tended to be later heading. Rusts were no problem on the introduced Westerwolds and L. multiflorum, which headed earlier, since their life cycle was completed before rust incidence had reached its peak. |
