| Abstract/Contents: | A starch-electrophoretic technique for the analysis of soluble proteins and enzymes is described. Its use on extracts of the green matter of Lolium multiflorum 'Gotra' and 'Tetra IHAR' and their hybrids showed that the hybrids were intermediate and differed little from each other in protein content but showed heterosis in peroxidase activity. |
