Abstract/Contents: | Describes research investigating the effects of various management practices on brown patch (Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn) disease in turf. Effects of cutting height and nitrogen source on brown patch occurrence were inconsistent. Effects of environmental conditions on disease occurrence were used to calculate an environmental favorability index (EFI) to predict brown patch outbreaks. |
