Abstract/Contents: | Informs golf course superintendents of the activities of the black turfgrass ataenius, Ataenius spretulus. Weather conditions in the spring of 1998 have given the insect an unusually helpful environment. Suggests pest management techniques for the insects, although very few Michigan courses are usually damaged by the grub. |
