| Abstract/Contents: | Describes the use of compost on expressway slopes near Detroit, Michigan. The compost is made by the Southeatern Oakland County Resource Recovery Authority (SOCRRA) from leaves, grass and wood chips collected in the local area. SOCCRA also gives a portion of its compost to local residents. |
