Abstract/Contents:Discusses the benefits of adding food residuals to yard trimmings when composting and cites several companies that have incorporated the residuals into their existing program with little difficulty. Compares the various approaches made by different companies and provides advice on getting started. Also discusses how government regulations are affecting the new programs.
