Abstract/Contents: | Presents results of a survey of bird populations on 48 golf courses in Florida. White Ibis, Gulls and Terns were the most observed, while Limpkin and Great White Heron were the least observed. Provides reasons why migratory birds may be drawn to golf courses. Suggests golf courses are more attractive to aquatic birds than previously thought. |
