Abstract/Contents: | Outlines the concerns and measures taken to reduce nitrate leaching into Florida groundwater. Details the program of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well as the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation to tax the use of nitrogen fertilizer.
