Abstract/Contents:Describes the new marketing alternatives available for lawn care companies who want to avoid mass telemarketing. Suggestions include: have route technicians ask customers for help in meeting their friends and neighbors, get involved with community projects, publish a monthly customer "swap sheet", and host a summer picnic for clients and friends.
