Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the importance of late fall fertilization to turf grasses. Describes the effects the fertilization has on the grass growth, color, and shoot growth. Low amounts of slow-release nitrogen fertilizers give the best results as long as they are applied before the soil becomes frozen. |
