Abstract/Contents: | Describes how the work of the Georgia Waterwise Council can be applied to water conservation in golf courses everywhere. Dicusses how using a pricing mechanism as an incentive encourages utilities to conserve water. The City of Griffin in Georgia used such a system sucessfully and the article discusses the implementation in detail. |
