| Abstract/Contents: | Summarizes research on plant growth regulators, specifically Primo, on bermudagrass. Studies of Primo combined with the herbicides Image or Manage were also conducted. Both Manage and Image provided 75% or greater control of green kyllinga at 10 weeks after treatment. The addition of Primo to either herbicide did not reduce control of green kylling, compared with the herbicides applied alone for the first 4 weeks of the study. Primo does reduce mowing and grass clippings. The decision of which herbicide to use must be based on several factors. |
